IHDT

IHDT is a World Bank recognized consultancy provider and pioneered the “Employee Counseling” and “Facilities Management” in Sri Lanka and run National programs like “Driving Excellence” and “Support Services Excellences” since 2001. During the last 8 years, IHDT has organized more than 2500 training programs for its clients including UN agencies, Government Departments, Development projects, INGO’s, leading blue chip companies to rural societies at grass root level. It was the leads consultancy provider for the IOM in their “Livelihood regeneration program” in the Southern province. IHDT is a member of many international associations and provides professional services to its clients around the world.
