This centre is functioning under IHDT since 2002. The CEER conducts education programmes for the school children and youth and organizes activities to promote environment protection and awareness programmes within different communities in Sri Lanka. CEER concentrate on Land, Sea and Air degradation and works to cultivate good environment practices among school children and youth in Sri Lanka.
